How I Get You There

You set the goal. I hold the pace and get you there.

  • Even effort, right on the number. Steady splits the whole way, and we cross on your goal, never over.
  • Steady when it hurts. The plan does not change at mile 20. I keep the group calm and moving.
  • Clear communication. You hear the plan before, during, and after. Every question gets an answer.
  • Positive the whole way. My happiest moment is watching someone cross the line at their PR.
