Yesterday’s article was about having some discipline in running, but it applies to everything I am doing. The discipline of running means building good habits that are productive and healthy. This is my start for my next six weeks of getting into the habit of writing.
Just like running, we also have to get into the habit of doing things other than running. Getting into the habit means you try to do something regularly, and writing will help me do that. I realize that I have attempted this a couple of times and failed during Lent this year. My upcoming goal is to lay out the basics of running and help me learn more about running and the science of running by writing about it.
